The final paper should discuss how postcolonial theories may have changed and continue to change our understanding of social banditry and grassroots rebellion in the face of state and colonial occupation.
You should use at least one historical or ethnographic case study that you discuss in some detail and that provides the basic arguments to support your arguments. You are allowed, indeed encouraged, to build on the case study that you have discussed in the class presentation.
The paper should count around 5,000 words, excluding the bibliography and/or references.
For formatting of the text and especially referencing, see the guidelines uploaded in Canvas.
